H&R Framing located at 12381 91A Ave Surrey, BC V3V 6K4 is looking for Construction Site Supervisor to join their team at the earliest.

Salary: $34.62/hour



Job Duties:-

• Oversee, plan, and schedule the work of construction workers doing bricklaying, roofing, cement finishing etc and installing prefabricated products in homes and businesses.

• Oversee the work of workers repairing a wide range of products, including cameras, musical instruments, sports equipment, vending machines, and bicycles.

• Create strategies for adhering to work schedules and coordinating tasks with other subcontractors.

• Address issues at work and make suggestions for ways to increase output and the caliber of the output.

• Obtain supplies and resources on demand

• Educate employees about company policies, safety protocols, and job tasks.

• Encourage hirings and promotions among other personnel actions.

• Create reports on the status of your work.

• Additionally, it is possible to oversee, plan, and schedule the actions of related apprentices, helpers and labourers.



Job Requirements:-

• Completion of secondary school is required

• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience is required in related field.
