Jang Mo Jib in Metrotown is currently looking for an experienced cook to join our busy and fast-paced restaurant. As one of the most well-known Korean restaurants in Burnaby, we have always been focused on providing the best food and service in our industry.
Duties including but not limited to the following:
• Prepare and cook dishes.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and work area.
• Monitor food inventories, supplies and equipment.
• Other assigned duties.
• Supervise kitchen helpers when no supervisor is available on shift.
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
Completed secondary school;
Completed of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or college or other programs in cooking, or Several years of commercial cooking experience;
Food save certificated or able to obtain one in three months after hiring;
Experience in Korean Cuisine is a strong assist.
We will provide the right candidate:
$15.00 to $18.00 / hour;
40hours/week shifts including morning and night;
