Job Duties:
Prepare and cook complete individual dishes
Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
Oversee kitchen operations
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
May clean kitchen and work area
Maintain standardized portion sizes, estimate food requirements, monitor supply levels
May train kitchen staff.
Job Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years kitchen experience
-Comfortable standing for long periods of time
-Attention to detail
-Punctual
-Able to work independently
-Team player
-Willing to work morning, day, night, and weekends
Work Experience:
2 years working in kitchens
Education:
Some secondary
