Japadog Air, Inc., operating as JAPADOG, has been delighting numerous residents and tourists of Vancouver, British Columbia. We proudly offer a unique selection of Japanese-style hot dogs with a wide range of flavors. At this time, we are actively seeking a full-time Cook to join our team.

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook Japanese style Hot dogs and other Japanese catering menus
• Plan and develop new menu items
• Ensure the quality of food and control inventory
• Maintain work area clean and organize work equipment
• Train and supervise new kitchen staffs in job duties
• Adheres to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Completion of Secondary School
• Minimum 2 years of commercial cooking experience
• Reliable with high integrity and strong work ethic
• Able to work in the fast paced work environment and able to manage the tasks under the pressure
• Communication skills and work well as part of a team

Wage/Working Hours:

Wage: $18.50/hour

Working Hour: 40 hrs/week
