MIWON FOODS LTD. dba Avo House in Vancouver, BC is looking for an experienced, skilled, Full-Time Permanent Cook.

Conditions:

• Position: Cook (Full-Time, Permanent position)
• Wage: $16.25-$18.25 per hour (wage to be determined depend on experience and skills)
• Working hours: 30-40 hours per week
• Ability to do shift work (daytime, evenings, weekends and holidays)
• Vacation: 10 days paid vacation per year or 4 % gross salary
• Position available: 1

Requirements:

• Education; Completion of secondary school
• Experience; Minimum 2 years of commercial cooking experience as a Cook
• Language; English

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook dishes such as assorted sashimi, sushi, rolls, tempura, teriyaki, salad, donburi rice bowl, udon noodle soup, yakisoba and etc.
• Ensure to maintain high quality of foods.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Monitor and order supplies
• Oversee kitchen operations
• May clean kitchen and work area
