Position: Cook

Job Duties:

-Prepare and marinate chicken according to established recipes and standards.

-Ensure proper portioning and cutting of chicken for various dishes.

-Handle and store raw ingredients in accordance with food safety guidelines.

-Grill, roast, fry, or bake chicken dishes as per menu specifications.

-Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and quality.

-Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.

-Follow recipes and cooking techniques to maintain consistency in flavor and presentation.

-Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation.

-Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular cleaning of cooking equipment.

Requirement:

– Completion of secondary school.

– 2+ years of cooking experience is required.

Conditions.

Wage: $17.65 to $18.00 / hour (To be negotiated) and 4% of vacation pay

Working Condition: 30 – 40 hours a week.
