Joy Cafe is currently looking for 3 Cooks
Wage: $18.00/Hourly, 30~40 hours per week
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Start Date: As soon as possible
Job Title: Cook
Work Location: Vancouver, BC
Duties:
- Cook various Asian/Chinese cuisine based on food orders
- Prepare food materials, such as raw meat, food garnishments and eating utensils
- Prepare different kinds of sauces and ingredients
- Open and/or close the work section on time
- Handle and store food materials based upon workplace sanitation/safety standards
- Help maintaining the tools and equipment used in the workplace
- Participate in the workplace cleaning and staff meetings.
Requirements:
Work Experience: at least 1 year experience in cook position OR 1 or 2 year college program in cooking
Language: English
Minimum Education: High School
