Languages – English
Education – College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience – 7 months to less than 1 year
Tasks:
- Prepare and cook meals (pizza, chicken wings or appetisers), depending on the requested order while following preparation charts, food handling and hygiene standards.
- Prepare pizza dough based on forecasted amount for each type of pizza and appetisers.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing used kitchen supplies and frequent cleaning of kitchen equipment.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
- Order supplies and equipment.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment Clean kitchen and work areas.
- Recruit and hire staff.
- Manage kitchen operations.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Supervise and check assembly of trays.
