Momo Sushi Mission Kelowna Ltd. o/a Momo Sushi Mission in Kelowna, BC is looking for qualified Cooks.

 

Conditions:

Position: Cook (Full-time, Permanent)

Wage: CAD$ 17.40~$21.00/hour (depending on experience and skills)

Working hours: 30-40 hours per week

Vacation: 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% gross salary

Positions Available: 3

Requirements:

– Education: Completion of secondary school

– Experience: Minimum 2 years of commercial cooking experience

– Language: English

 

Job Duties:

·      Prepare and cook Japanese food from menu

·      Make an adjustment to food items to accommodate customers with dietary restrictions

·      Supervise kitchen helpers

·      Provide training to kitchen helpers in preparation and handling of food

·      Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment and place orders

·      Ensure cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage
