Job Description:
This Company is looking for full-time permanent one Cook to join their team in Vancouver, BC.
Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in timely manner.
- Plan menus, determine size of food portions for the restaurant.
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
- Prepare ingredients to use in cooking such as chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat.
- Check food condition consistently while cooking.
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organization skills.
- Maintain daily inventory and records of food stock, supplies and equipment.
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
- Monitor stock and place order when there are shortages
- Responsible to Oversee kitchen operations and train kitchen staff.
Job Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School is required.
- 2-3 years of related experience is required.
