Wage: $19 ~ $20 per hour

In the heart of Downtown Vancouver’s Granville Street, Speakeasy Sports Bar & Grill is the best spot to show your team spirit, grab a bite to eat and drink a cold one! Speakeasy is your casual neighbourhood sports restaurant & bar. You will be enjoying spacious, time-tested bar serving cocktails, brews & classic dishes in an unpretentious atmosphere. We are currently looking for a highly motivated, diligent and hardworking Food Service Supervisor to join our team!

Main duties

• Prepare all food items as directed in timely manner
• Prepare and cook individual dishes
• Complete required tasks within assigned time frames
• Maintain daily inventory and records of food stock, supplies and equipment
• Ensure food quality in presentation and production
• Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Assist other cooks
• Assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organization skills

Employment Requirements

• Completion of secondary school is required
• 1 – 2 years of commercial cooking experience required
• Flexible availability weekends and holidays
