Kisamos Greek Taverna is looking for an experienced cook to work with our team.
Title: Cook
Opening: 1 position (Permanent, Full-time)
Wage: CAD 18.00 – CAD 20.00 per hour, 40 hours per week
Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation
Location: 3420 Moncton Street, Richmond, BC V7E 3A2
Requirements:
· Completion of secondary school education
· 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience
Main Duties:
· Oversee kitchen operations
· Prepare and cook authentic Greek style dishes and various house special menus
· Plan menu and determine food portions and size
· Prepare authentic Greek style sauces
· Ensure to maintain high quality of foods
· Monitor and order supplies
· Train kitchen helpers or new cook with advanced cooking skills
· May clean kitchen and work area
