Job Details

• Location: 110-1125 Nicola Ave, Port Coquitlam, British Columbia V3B 8B2

• Wage: $17.62 – $20.00 / hour (Negotiable)

• Vacancies: 2

• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30 to 40 hours/week)

• Shift: Day, Evening, Morning, Weekend

• Start Date: As soon as possible

• Work Setting: Restaurant

• Benefits: 4% of total wages for vacation pay

 

Job requirements

• Languages: English

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years (in Japanese cuisine)

• Capabilities: Working in a fast-paced environment; Ability to stand for extended periods

 

Job Duties

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods

• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food

• Clean kitchen and work areas
