Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Flexible Hours, Early Morning, Morning

Salary: $17.25 Hourly, for 30.00 Hours per week

Anticipated Start Date (at the latest in 3 months): As soon as possible

Location: Rocky Mountain House, Alberta (1 vacancy)

Skill Requirements:

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Languages: English

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Cook Categories: Cook (general)

Work Setting: Restaurant, Hotel, motel, resort

Specific Skills: Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food; Organize and manage buffets and banquets

Order supplies and equipment; Manage kitchen operations; Inspect kitchens and food service areas; Clean kitchen and work areas; Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods; Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies; Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances;

Security and Safety: Criminal record check

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation

Work Location Information: Staff accommodation available; Remote location
