Description

Country Market is looking for full time, permanent Baker.

Requirements:

High school diploma is required.

Completion of a college or other program for bakers OR 1-2 years of experience as a baker.

Main duties:

Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
Bake mixed dough and batters.
Assist in keeping cases filled with products.
Keep baking areas tidy, equipment cleaned, and prepared for use.
Ensure timely & efficient completion of all products.
Monitor quality control of all products.
Monitor stock rotation and Inventory of baking supplies.
Frost and decorate cakes and other baked goods.
Train baking personnel.

Location: 23 Main Street, St. George, NB E5C3H9

Salary: $14.75/hour

Benefits: 10 days of paid vacation or 4 % gross salary.
