Position: Retail Sales Supervisor

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $17.50- $21.00/hour (depending on experience)

Hours: 30 – 44 hours per week

Benefits:

• 4% of vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Ideal candidates should supervise and co-ordinate sales for staff
• Assign employees to duties and prepare work schedule
• Candidate should be able to resolve issues that may occur, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortage
• Maintain inventory and order merchandise
• Hire and train new staff and oversees and report on employee performance
• Candidate need to prepare reports on sales volume and merchandising for the business

Job requirements:

• 2~3 years of related experience are required.

Educational Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school

• English
