Main duties
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the customer service and customer needs.
- Provide guidance to management on opportunities and strategies for marketing, promotional activities, customer service.
- Examine market research and trends to ascertain consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
- Efficiently develop and implement digital marketing plans and advertising campaigns to stand out in a competitive market and promote to more potential tourist.
- Decide on the range of merchandise and services to be offered, and implement sound pricing and credit policies.
- Engage in sourcing and negotiating with vendors when necessary to procure merchandise for resale, ensuring favorable terms.
- Formulate and execute marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and stimulate sales.
- Have comprehensive understanding of Search Engine Optimization strategies, methods of driving traffic, advertising management on existing marketing channels and promote on new social media channels.
- Gather, research, prepare, create, edit and publish the marketing content to conduct advertisement and sales promotion, with concentration on social medias including but not limited to WeChat, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube and Live Stream, etc.
- Overseeing the management of customers reviews and testimonials. Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems
- Effectively lead staff by managing their responsibilities and assigning duties according to marketing, sales and customer service needs.
- Plan and control budget and inventory
- Hire, train and supervise the staff.

Employment requirements
• Completion of a college program and above is required.
• 1+ year experience in management is required.
• Exceptional time management skills, attention to details, team player.
• Ability to multi- task, independence and prioritise multiple projects.
