· Location: Dartmouth, NS – On the road job
· Salary: $18.00 to $22.00 hourly for 32 to 44 hours per week (To be negotiated)
· Job Type – Permanent employment, Full time
· Employment Conditions: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Morning

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience
7 months to 1 year of safe driving experience is required – (Position does not require an experience as a delivery driver but rather a general driving experience)
On the road job
Work locations may vary. Frequent or constant travel is required from the employee.

Responsibilities
Tasks
· Operate and drive automobiles, vans and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products
· Professionalism in customer service
· Prepare, package and restock goods
· Load and unload goods
· Use maps and other trip planning aids
· Record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs and any problems
· Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
· Keep a record of items received and delivered
· Deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand
· Sort packages
· Accept and deliver messages and packages for events, conferences or assemblies
Credentials
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses
· Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles)
