1146690 BC Ltd is looking for One permanent full-time Delivery Drivers Supervisor who could join immediately. The details are given below:

Office: 12678-67A avenue Surrey BC V3W 1G3

Work Site: 6849 – 72 Street, Delta, BC V4G 1M5

Compensation: $28.65 per hour

Work hours: 30 hours/week

Language of work: English

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

 

Job duties and responsibilities

·         Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of drivers.

·         Dispatch transport drivers and monitor routes to ensure schedules are to the time.

·         Resolve work conflicts and address staff complaints.

·         Establish procedures to meet work schedules and co-ordinate activities between work staff.

·         Prepare work reports and oversee expenditure.

·         Recommend ways to improve personal and staff performance.

·         Train staff in job duties, and knowledge them on safety procedures and company policies.

·         Maintain necessary inventory ad prepare order for required material and supplies.

Requirements

·         Completion of secondary school

               ·        Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant work experience
