Description
Seven Horses Transport is currently seeking 5 Permanent, Full time Diesel Mechanic to join their team as soon as possible.
Main Duties:
- Inspect bulldozers, cranes, graders and other heavy construction, agricultural, logging, and mining equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize computerized and other testing equipment to diagnose issues, determining the extent of necessary repairs.
- Make adjustment to equipment and undertake the replacement or repair of defective parts, components, or systems using both hand and power tools.
- Verify the proper functionality of repaired equipment through testing, ensuring adherence to manufacturers specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubrication on the equipment.
- Provide service to attachments and working tolls, including harvesting and tillage equipment, blades, ploughs, winches and side booms.
- Possess the capability to perform repair work on heavy truck.
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of experience is required.
- Completion of Secondary School is required.
Salary: $43.00/ hour
