We are looking for a passionate, driven and digitally savvy Digital Marketing and Sales Coordinator to lead our internet sales team to the next level. This role is responsible for overseeing online lead management, ensuring high customer engagement, and driving online vehicle sales performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential customer groups and target markets.
  • Design and implement advertising and promotional campaigns across digital, and social media platforms.
  • Create, edit, and publish marketing content for the company website, social channels, and other communication outlets.
  • Work with a web editor and designers to ensure the website is functional, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies.
  • Develop annual marketing plans, set objectives, and manage the marketing budget.
  • Manage sales activity by coordinating promotional campaigns, supporting sales representatives with marketing tools, and using data insights to align sales efforts with marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate the production of promotional materials and advertisements.
  • Provide marketing support and guidance to sales representatives to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Maintain relationships with media, partners, and community organizations to promote the company’s profile.
  • Support training sessions for staff on customer engagement and promotional strategies.
  • Train and coach team members on best practices for lead conversion and customer engagement.

Employment Requirements:

  • A university degree or college diploma in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or related areas, including coordinating promotional campaigns, managing marketing content, and supporting sales activities.
  • Strong digital media and content creation skills.
  • Knowledge of market research methods and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to provide guidance to sales or marketing staff and support promotional initiatives.
