Kidz R Kidz Learning Centre located in Coquitlam is currently hiring for the following position: Title of Position: Early Childhood Educator Assistant (NOC 4214) No. of Positions: 2 Terms of Employment: Full-time Permanent Wages: $18.00 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week Benefits: N/A Location of work: Coquitlam, BC Language: English and Farsi Email Address: info@kidzrkidz.ca Fax number: N/A Mailing Address: : #101 – 3007 Glen Dr Coquitlam, BC V3B 0L8 Qualifications Required: – valid ECEA – clear criminal record check Job Duties: • Support early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children • Engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs and preparing crafts • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods • Assist with proper eating, dressing and toilet habits • Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors • Maintain daycare equipment and assist in housekeeping • Attend staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children • May assist early childhood educators or supervisors in keeping records
