Work Hours: 30-40 per week
Location: Fort McMurray, Alberta
Benefits: On-site parking, additional CAD 8.62/hr government wage top

You must have:
– Current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector
– Valid CPR/First Aid Certification
– Early Childhood Education Certificate – Level 3 (Alberta Certificate)
– Ability to work in a fast paced environment, independently and as a team
– Ability to lift at least 45lbs
– Experience/training with childrens behavioral issues
– Supervisory/leadership experience
– College diploma in early childhood education or a related field
– 1+ years of experience
General:
– Create and implement programing that supports and promotes the emotional,
physical, and cognitive development of children; following FLIGHT, our facilities
program plan, and Alberta Early Learning Regulations.
– Maintain documentation, reporting, and record keeping.
– Plan and organize activities for daycare and out of school care, children age
19 months and up.
– Maintain an environment that promotes the health, safety, and wellbeing of all
children.
– Participate in team and staff meetings and be willing to attend workshops and
other professional development.
