Description
Position: Catering supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $18.75 – $21.00 /hour (depending on Experience)
Hours: 30-40 hours per week
Benefits:
- 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Supervise and co-ordinate staff’s performance during preparation and portion food
- Resolve customers’ complaints and work-related issues
- Estimate and order ingredients and general supplies
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Report catering services process provided to customers
- Maintain food and service quality up to standards
- May conduct job interview and provide an assistance in the policies development
Job requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required
- 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
