Position Info:

• Position: Delivery Drivers Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $32.50~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 118-6951 72^nd St, Delta, BC V4G 0A2

Job Duties:

• Resolve work-related issues, provide guidance to drivers, and recommend measures to improve efficiency and service quality
• Dispatch truck drivers and monitor routes
• Coordinate and schedule delivery drivers’ daily routes and activities to ensure timely and efficient service
• Order and maintain required delivery equipment, vehicle supplies, and related materials to support daily operations
• Train new delivery drivers on company policies, safe driving practices, and customer service standards
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and rental arrangements to ensure all delivery vehicles remain safe and operational
• Supervise delivery drivers and oversee daily delivery operations

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 2-3 years of related experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
