- Position: Butcher – Wholesale

- Wage: $23.00~$25.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:
- Prepare cuts of meat and poultry for sale by cutting, trimming, and boning
- Prepare meat for displays and delivery
- Package fresh or frozen meats
- Keep inventory and records of sales
- Determine amount, product line, and freshness of products according to company requirements
- Comply to government regulations and food safety standards
- Make sure food storage conditions are adequate
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of related experience are required.
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
