Description
We are looking for well experienced Executive Assistant for “AMK Global Group Limited” located at 2560 Matheson Boulevard East suite 524 Mississauga, ON L4W 4Z3 Canada.

JOB DUTIES:
- Manages professional and personal scheduling for the CEO, including agendas, emails, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics.
- Coordinates all Executive Team meetings and retreats and assists with staff meetings.
- Acts as a liaison and provides support to the Board of Directors.
- Researches and conducts data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
- Manages incoming queries by post, phone and email, re-directing as appropriate.
- Maintains the current filing and database system and looks for ways to improve existing systems.
- Works closely with the CEO and keeps him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc.
- Organizes internal and external meetings, often across different time zones.
- Follows up on contacts made by the CEO to cultivate ongoing relationships.
- General administration duties typical of a legal environment role.
Prerequisites:
Education: College certificate/ CEGEP
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
Language: English
Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Hourly Rate: $33.65 to $35.00 per hour for 30 to 40 hours per week.
Time: 7 EST until 4 EST
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay
