We are looking for well experienced “Executive Housekeeper” for BEST – For A Cleaner World located at 1640 Electra Blvd, Sidney, BC V8L 5V4, Canada.

JOB DUTIES:

Oversee housekeeping operations for assigned areas.
Responsible for the standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance of the facility.
Monitor and ensure response to all client requests and always maintain company standards at work.
Monitor all sub-activities to provide support as needed, maintain records of all expenses through supply used, and recommend ways to increase efficiency.
Take the lead in checking cleanliness, providing positive contacts and coaching associates.
Work within a team to achieve tasks within deadlines to meet guest demand.
Order or fix equipment and supplies as required.
Implement positive human resource initiatives within the department, including team mates training.
Other duties as reasonably assigned.

Prerequisites:

Education: High school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Language: English

Hourly Rate: $ 20.25 to $ 24 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent

Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay,
