EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPERS

We are looking for an “Executive Housekeeper” for Bouwawhee Catering, located at 901 Sikyea Tili, Yellowknife, NT X1A 2N9, Canada.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Direct and control housekeeping operations and the staff of the housekeeping department.
Responsible for the standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance of the facility.
Monitor and ensure response to all client requests, and always maintain company standards at
Always ensure efficient working of all housekeeping departments, supervise all work, and ensure compliance with all operational standards and organization regulations.
Monitor all sub-activities for departments, maintain records of all expenses, control all costs for departments, and recommend ways to increase efficiency.
Order equipment and supplies as required and within budget.
Implements positive human resource initiatives within the department, such as training, performance appraisals, disciplinary action, etc.
Other duties as reasonably assigned.

Prerequisites:

Education: High school or equivalent.

Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Language: English

Hourly Rate: $ 20 to $ 22 per hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent

Benefits: 4 % vacation pay,
