•Plant, fertilize, cultivate, spray, irrigate and harvest crops

•Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment – combines, tractors, seeders, etc. 

•Detect disease and health problems in crops and report to manager 

•Examine produce for quality and prepare for market 

•Set and monitor water lines, air flow and temperature

•Clean yard, Quonset and grain bins

 

Job Requirements: 

•Punctual 

•Physically fit 

•Able to read English 

•Able to lift 50 lbs. 

•Mechanically inclined 

•Farm equipment operator experience is an asset 

•Drivers license is an asset 

•Understanding of technology
