Work Experience: 1 year supervisor experience
Job duties:
Co-ordinate, assign and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
Supervise maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and supplies
Develop work schedules and establish procedures
Ensure farm safety procedures are followed
Maintain quality control and production records
May perform general farm duties
Maintain inventory of stored grain
Maintain work records and logs
Maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings
Job Requirements:
1 year supervisor experience
Reliable
Punctual
Able to handle heavy lifting
Must be able to work outside
Attention to detail
Carpentry skills are an asset
Drivers license is an asset (manual transmission)
Able to work extended hours
Flexible work hours, some weekend work required
Outdoor, Noisy, Dusty environment
