SMITANJALI ENTERPRISES LTD. dba Oak Bay Bosleys (Pet Store) located in 2154 Oak Bay Ave, Victoria, BC, V8R 1E9 is looking for full time/ permanent Retail Store Supervisor to be a part of team as soon as possible.

Salary: $23.50/hour
Duties:
⁃ Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
⁃ Assign sales workers to duties
⁃ Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
⁃ Teach interest or professional development courses
⁃ Authorize payments by cheque
⁃ Fashion designers design and create clothing and accessories for men, women and children
⁃ Order merchandise
⁃ Sell merchandise
⁃ Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
⁃ Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
⁃ Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
⁃ Supervise office and volunteer staff
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
• 1 year to less than 2 years
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
