Job Position: First Cook

Job Condition: Permanent, Full-time

Job Location: 504-11850 Oceola Rd, Lake Country, BC V4V 2T5

Wages and working hours: $27.00 per hour, 30~40 hours per week

Benefit: Gratuities and Free meal

Requirement:

-Completion of high school

-3 years of commercial cook experience

-Able to communicate in English

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook complete meals

Assist in planning menus and determine size of food portions

Inspect kitchen areas

Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling food

Supervise kitchen staffs and helpers

Maintain inventory, supplies, ingredient and equipment

Manage kitchen operations
