Salary Rate: $23.00 per hour / 30~40 Hours per week
Duties:
- Responsible for the production of Japanese dishes on the menu
- Assist in planning menus and size of portions
- Estimate food requirements and costs
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Responds promptly and courtesy to guests’ requests and satisfy them with quality of food and service
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Manage kitchen operation
Qualifications:
– 3 year of commercial cook experience
– Available to work in evening and weekend(s)
– High School graduation or higher
– Able to communicate in English
