Wage: $18.50 to 20.00/Hr for 30-40 hours/week

Job Brief:
Subway is looking for experienced Food Service Supervisor. who can supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the day-to-day activities of staff who prepare, and serve food, providing excellence in customer service.
Job Duties:
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
- Estimate and order inventory and supplies required for the restaurant
- Assigns and coordinates work of employees to promote efficiency of operations
- Maintain records for inventory, repairs, sales and waste
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Prepares work schedules and evaluates work performance of employees
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
Other Job Requirements:
- Language: Basic English is a requirement
- Education: Completion of Secondary School
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in food preparation or service is required
Core skills:
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Work under pressure at busy mealtimes
- Ability to work on a team collaboratively and communicate with other team members in both the front and back of Kitchen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be attentive and detail oriented
