Description
We are looking for well experienced Food Runner for La Carnita located at 106 John Street Toronto, ON – M5H 1X9, Canada.

Job Duties:
- Receive and process customers' orders.
- Prepare and handle food items by cleaning, peeling, slicing, and trimming using a variety of manual and electric appliances.
- Utilize kitchen equipment, including deep fryers, grills, ovens, dispensers, and other tools to create fast food items like sandwiches, hamburgers, fries, salads, ice cream dishes, milkshakes, and other beverages.
- Portion, assemble, and either wrap food or present it directly on plates for service to patrons; also, package take-out food.
- Use specialized equipment to prepare hot beverages, such as coffee and tea specialties.
- Provide customer service at counters or buffet tables.
- Maintain and restock refrigerators and salad bars, and accurately record the quantities of food used.
- Handle transactions and receive payments for food items purchased.
Prerequisites:
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required
Experience & Skills: 1 to less than 7 months
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $ 16.55 to $ 18.00 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay, Health Benifits
