Ramen Danbo brings traditional Fukuoka style Kyusyu Hakata Tonkotsu ramen to Japanese food fans in Vancouver. The aroma of our signature Tonkotsu broth is unmistakable – a simple but truly delicious umami, always made daily in-house.

Currently we are looking for a permanent and full time qualified Food Service Supervisor to join us.

 

Job Responsibilities:

·          Set up the food servers work schedule each week

·         Handle all customer service issues including resolving customers complaints

·         Provide quality beverages and foods consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards

·         Ensure that food safety regulations are followed

·         Trains staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

 

Requirements:

·         Completion of Secondary School is required

·         Two years or more customer service experience, preferred in the restaurant industry

·         Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

·         Communication, multitasking, and problem solving skills

 

Wage/Working Hours

·         Wage: $14.95 /hr

·         Hour:  37.50hrs/week

·         Permanent and Full time position

 

Work Location: Kitsilano store
