Languages : English

Education : Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience : 7 months to less than 1 year

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities : Fast-paced environment, Standing for extended periods, walking

Ability to Supervise : 3-4 people

Personal Suitability : Team player, Effective interpersonal skills, Flexibility, Client focus

Additional Skills: Address customers' complaints or concerns , Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety            procedures.

Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food , Maintain records            of stock, repairs, sales and wastage , Supervise and check assembly of trays , Establish work schedules, Estimate work schedules, Ensure food service and quality control,Prepare and submit reports
