Job Duties
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Estimate and ordering ingredients and supplfood service staff, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Supecheck assembly of trays, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, Establish work schedules
Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Work Site Environment: Noisy, Odours, Wet/damp
Work Setting: Work in employer’s/client’s home, Food service establishment, Restaurant
Supervision: 3-4 people, Food and beverage servers, Food service counter attendants and food preparers, Kitchen and fservice helpers
