Food Service Supervisor

1113999 B.C Ltd. dba Rib & Chicken in Langley, BC is looking for an experience, full-time Food Service Supervisor.

Conditions

Position: Food Service Supervisor
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days per week (Full-Time, Permanent Position)
Ability to do shift work according to work schedule (daytime, evenings, nights, weekends)
Hourly Wage: $19.00-$21.00/hour (wage to be determined depend on experience and skills)
Vacation: 10 days paid vacation or 4 % gross salary
Benefit: free meals at the work & After 6 months of employment, Extended Health, Dental, Life Insurance are provided.

Business Information

Requirements

Completion of secondary school
Minimum 3 years of experience in food preparation or service OR Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline is required.
Language: English

Job Duties

Supervise, train, and coordinate activities of restaurant staff.
Establish work schedule.
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
Estimate and order supplies and ingredients.
Resolve customers’ complaints or concerns
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
Perform cashier’s or server’s duty such as taking orders and processing payments if it needs.
