Description

We are looking for well experienced Food Service Supervisors for a well-known catering firm “Big City Gourmet Catering” located at 165 Weston Road York, ON M6N 3P1 Canada.

JOB DUTIES:

• Overall supervision of the online food sales portal, food take-out orders and food delivery- operation including the staff members and drivers during the shift.
• Responsible for smooth food service and timely execution of customer order.
• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of kitchen and food collection areas.
• Make a schedule of staff based on customer rush.
• Ensure the quantity and quality of food being served or delivered.
• Assist manager in recruitment and training of new staff.
• Ensure hospitality, accuracy, maintenance, product quality and speed of service during shift.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns and ensure excellent customer service.

Prerequisites:

Education:                               Secondary School or equivalent experience

Experience & Skills:                1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Language:                               English

Hourly Rate: $ 16.92  to $ 20 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent

Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay,
