Location: Calgary, AB, T3G 3N5
Salary: $17.00 per hour
Vacancies: 2 vacancies
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 30 to 40 hours / week
Start date: As soon as possible

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under Pressure.
Personal Suitability: Client focus, Flexibility, Team Player.
Supervision: 1 to 2 people, 3-4 people, Food service counter attendants and food preparers.
Job Requirements:
Tasks:
1. Establish methods to meet work schedules.
2. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
3. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
4. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
5. Ensure food service and quality control.
6. Address customers' complaints or concerns.
7. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
8. Prepare and submit reports.
9. Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
10. Supervise and check assembly of trays.
11. Establish work schedules
