K&N Mahal Enterprises Ltd dba Nando’s Chicken is looking for 2 full-time Food Service Supervisors at 2064 W 41st
Avenue, Vancouver, B.C, V6M 1Y8. Salary will be $18.50/hr, 40 hours per week. (Even though this is a full-time
position, we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well).
Main Duties:
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Employment Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required. At least one or two years experience in food preparation or service is
required or completion of a college program in food service administration, restaurant business or related business.
