Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff to ensure the restaurant’s smooth operation.
- Manage restaurant staff’s work schedules.
- Responsible for customer feedback and dealing with complaints arising from customers.
- Plan and implement strategies to improve customer service.
- Provide necessary training for staff.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies when necessary.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to the management.
Qualifications
- Completion of secondary school.
- Experience in hospitality or related field.
- Strong customer service skills are preferred.
- Numeracy and problem-solving skills are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
