Description
We are looking for well experienced Food Service Supervisors for a well-known event and catering firm “UNIVERSAL EVENT SPACE” located at 6250 Hwy 7, Woodbridge, ON L4H 4G3, Canada as well as at various location.

JOB DUTIES:
- Overall supervision of the restaurant floor, including the staff members during the shift.
- Control of the delivery orders and take-out options.
- Ensure the quantity and quality of food being served or delivered.
- Responsible for smooth food service and timely execution of customer/guest orders.
- Oversee maintenance and upkeep of kitchen and food collection areas.
- Make a schedule of staff based on customer rush.
- Assist manager in recruitment and training of new staff.
- Ensure hospitality, accuracy, maintenance, product quality and speed of service during the shift.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns and ensure excellent customer service.
Prerequisites:
Education: High School or equivalent
Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $ 17.00 to $ 18.00 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay
