Pho Boi Restaurant Mayfair LTD needs 2 Permanent Full Time Food Service Supervisors (62020) to work in Victoria BC location.

I. Primary Work Location – Victoria Location
Food Service Supervisor – 2 positions

Salary: 18 per hour, flexible shift schedule, 2 flexible days off.
Work schedules are expected to be shifts 7.5 hours up to 8 hours. depending on the business operation, these shifts will continuously vary from early morning, afternoon, evening.

- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Establish work schedules
