Elegant Marketing is a fast-growing tech company helping SMEs in generating leads, sales, increasing revenue and implementing automation with development and installation of customised software products. We are currently looking for expert Technical Sales Specialist to join our sales team. The Technical Sales Specialist will be a key member of our sales team and will be responsible for providing technical expertise to the sales team enabling team to understand our clients’ needs.

The Technical Sales Specialist will be working closely with our sales and development team ensuring development of appropriate products, solutions, and delivery of our services to our clients. S/He will be meeting clients and presenting product proposals by providing technical expertise and support to clients during pre-sale and post-sale stages.

Specific Skills
• Maintain and grow sales relationships with existing clients
• Assess clients' needs, recommend, or assist in the selection of appropriate solutions, and negotiate prices and other sales terms
• Provide input into customized product design where products and services must be tailored to suit clients' needs e.g. CRM, E-Commerce platform and Apps.
• Develop sales and go-to-market strategy for Ecommerce platforms by identifying and soliciting potential clients
• Assist clients by developing Digital Experience strategy for their customers
• Develop digital transformation proposals by engaging with Executives, IT leaders and Developers of client companies
• Develop sales presentations, proposals, or other materials to illustrate benefits from use of our products and services
• Estimate costs of developing, installing, and maintaining product or service
• Prepare and administer sales contracts and maintain customer records
• Consult with clients after sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
• Troubleshoot technical problems related to product
• Develop and maintain technical product and service knowledge to explain features to clients and answer questions about our products and services
• Develop, implement, and report on marketing plans and sales strategies to achieve business goals
• Assess market conditions and competitors' activities and develop an awareness of emerging markets and trends
• A driver's license and a good driving record may be required.
• May supervise the activities of other technical staff and sales specialists.
• May offer training in the operation and maintenance of our product.
Salary Range: $24 to $28 per hour

Skill Requirements

Education: A University Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma
Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable
Experience: 3 years’ experience technical sales experience at a professional level. Previous tech sector experience is an asset.
