Job Description:
Terms of Employment/Salary:
– Full-time (35 hrs per week)
– Permanent
– Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend Shifts
– $18.65/hour, 2 weeks annual vacation pay
Job Duties:
– Establish methods to meet work schedules
– Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
– Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
– Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
– Ensure food service and quality control
– Address customers' complaints or concerns
– Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
– Prepare and submit reports
– Establish work schedules
Job Requirements:
Skill Requirements (including language, education and work experience):
– English
– Secondary school diploma or certificate
– 1 year to less than 2 years experience
– Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, standing for extended periods
– Client focus, team player
