Golden Goose Holdings Ltd dba McDonald’ s Restaurant is in need of Food Service Supervisor (2 positions) to add to their diverse, reliable and energetics staff.



Job Location: Primary Location – 4370 Lorimer Road Unit 130, Whistler, British Columbia, V8E 1A6

Secondary Locations – 38451 Cleveland Ave, SQUAMISH, British Columbia, V8B 0E4; 1441 Vine Rd Pemberton, British Columbia V0N 2L1

Salary: 20.00 hourly / 35 hours per Week

Terms of employment: Permanent employment Full time

Employment Conditions: Day, Early Morning, Evening, Flexible Hours, Morning, Night, On Call, Overtime, Shift, Weekend

Start date: Starts as soon as possible

Overview

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work site environment: Noisy, Odours, Wet/damp, Hot

Work setting: Various locations, Restaurant



Responsibilities

Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Prepare budget and cost estimates, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Supervise and check assembly of trays, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, Establish work schedules

Supervision: 5-10 people, Food and beverage servers, Food service counter attendants and food preparers, Kitchen and food service helpers
