Job Requirements
- Completion of secondary school
- 2-3 years of experience in food preparation or service OR Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline is required.

Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staffs who prepare, portion and serve food
- Train staffs in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
- Establish work schedule
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- May perform cashier’s or server’s duty such as taking orders and processing payments if it needs.
